1. Who we are
SnapIt.Cash is a technology-assisted selling service operated by April Tee LLC (“we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not upload photos or submit information.
2. What you provide
You may submit item photos, written notes or descriptions, and contact details (name, email, mobile number). If you create an account, you also set a password. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the item is yours to sell (or you are authorized to sell it), and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. How we use your information
We use photos and notes to identify the item, generate a fair buy-now estimate, prepare listing content (title, description, pricing guidance), and support evaluation by our team. We use your name, email, and phone to contact you about this item, account access, shipping labels, payment, and related service messages. Account credentials are stored in hashed form so you can return and track your listings. We do not sell your personal contact information.
4. Fair buy-now estimate
The number we show is a retail fair-market range based on publicly available sold data across marketplaces and automated analysis of your photos and notes. It is not a formal appraisal, guarantee of value, insurance valuation, or binding offer. No sale is final until you explicitly approve the listing (or otherwise agree in writing) and both parties complete the process we describe.
5. Photos and listing content
By uploading photos and notes you grant April Tee LLC a non-exclusive license to use them to evaluate the item, prepare and publish marketplace listings, and fulfill the sale (including showing images to prospective buyers). You confirm you have the right to grant this license and that the photos do not infringe others’ rights.
6. Communications
By providing a mobile number and email you consent to receive transactional messages about your item and account (status updates, approval requests, shipping, and payout). Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages; we may still send notices required to complete a transaction you started.
7. Sale, shipping, and payout
After you approve a listing, we may list and sell the item through channels we operate or use. Final payout depends on a completed sale, successful delivery, and any standard buyer-protection or clearing period. We will coordinate a prepaid shipping label when applicable. Title and risk pass according to the sale process we communicate at the time of approval.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe access was compromised. We may suspend accounts used in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, April Tee LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding estimates, automated analysis, and listing performance. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where the law does not allow that limit. Our total liability for any claim related to a submission is limited to the amounts actually paid to you for that item, or $100 if none.
10. Privacy & retention
We retain photos, notes, and account data as needed to operate the service, complete transactions, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. You may request access or deletion of personal data by contacting us; we may keep records required by law or for legitimate business needs (for example, completed sales).
11. Changes & law
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
